SUBSTANCE ABUSE MINISTRY
The Rev. Arthur Reeves joined Bethel – Copiague in 1989. Immediately he joined his favorite choir, the Voices of Faith. Shortly after, he joined the Male Inspirational Choir, was elected to the Trustee Board and appointed the Pastor’s Steward for a while. He now serves as Superintendent of the Church School, and President of the Inspirational Male Chorus. In 1996 he was called into the ministry. He claims to have a doctorate degree in “Streetology.” His testimony of alcohol abuse enables him to narrow in on his ministry which centers around those suffering from substance abuse and alcoholism. At the present time, he is also the overseer for “Mission Tuesday” where they cook and distribute food to those who are in need. He is on the battlefield for His Lord. |
